Artwork must be in line-work (vector), otherwise redraw charges will apply. Any jpeg, gif or bitmap images; Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Publisher files will need to be redrawn to create a clean print. Redraws are charged at an hourly rate.

Please supply logo and design files in one of the following formats:

  • AI, Adobe Illustrator
  • CDR, Coral Draw
  • EPS, Encapsulated PostScript
  • PDF, Adobe Acrobat

Tips for designers:

  • All fonts converted to outlines (paths)
  • Any raster images embedded or attached
  • Scale 1:1
  • Pantone (PMS) colours included

If you are supplying a scanned image to be redrawn, make sure the resolution is at least 300 dpi.

If you are only getting embroidery a high resolution jpeg may be sufficient.

Artwork Guide for DTG

For best results make sure your artwork is uploaded in the best possible format. Ideally a 200 to 300dpi file, saved as PNG or JPG, designed for RGB colour profile. Use PNG file format for artwork with transparency. You must have rights to use the images you provide and it’s your responsibility to upload high resolution artwork for the best print result
